GENERAL REFUND POLICY

PRE TV offers a 24-hour money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial payment date to be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request must be made within 24 hours of the initial purchase
  • You must be a first-time customer (repeat customers are not eligible for refunds)
  • The service must not have been used extensively (excessive usage may void eligibility)
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees
  • Domain registration fees
  • Add-on services
  • Reseller credits
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 24 hours
  • Subscriptions that have been used extensively

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Subscription plan purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

REFUND PROCESSING

After receiving your refund request, we will process it within 24 hours. You will be informed of the status of your refund by email or WhatsApp.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND

If you wish to cancel your subscription after the 24-hour refund period has expired, you may do so at any time. However, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In exceptional circumstances, PRE TV may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. These exceptions are made at the sole discretion of PRE TV management.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

PRE TV reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The current version of the refund policy will always be available on our website.
